Moving House

Stamp Duty changes mean Scots need to consider any house moves before 1 April 2015. The Autumn Statement changed Stamp Duty to 5% for homes costing £250,000 to £925,000 but the Scottish LBTT (Land and Buildings Transaction Tax) rate will be 10% for all homes of £250,000 and above.
