Fred Brown, FCCA
I started Findlay Brown in August 2010 following a successful time as a partner in the long established firm of Garden and Marshall. As a general practitioner I have a wide knowledge and experience base to call upon, providing assistance and advice to a wide range of business structures and size, as well as appropriate tax planning. My aim is to ensure financial statements and returns are, made in good time, legally compliant, tax efficient and value for money.
Jennifer Legg
Jen is responsible for personal tax return compliance, combining her excellent client relationships with a flair for administration she ensures deadlines are met; very important in an age of ever increasing HMRC penalties. Working with the other team members she obtains information from the accountancy and payroll work to avoid unnecessary duplication of work.
Stacey Gillies
She is a qualified ACCA member and experienced in all aspects of the Firm’s services. Stacey’s primary duties are preparing final and management accounts using Iris software and dealing with corporate tax compliance.
Laura Fell
Laura’s role is multi disciplined; preparing final and management accounts, bookkeeping and troubleshooting support as well as assisting with payroll.
Gemma Munro
Gemma is the main support to clients for bookkeeping to ensure records are up to date and accurate, assisting with VAT Return submissions, and PAYE compliance.
Paulina Witek
Providing maternity cover for the payroll function as well as bookkeeping duties. Making timely submissions to HMRC and client support.
Stacey, Laura & Gemma all work together to ensure clients affairs are accurate, and submissions made to ensure compliance deadlines are meet.
